The Israeli Song Concert – a tribute to Sasha Argov and Marc Lavry

The Buchmann Mehta School of Music at the Tel-Aviv University invites the public to a tribute concert for composers Sasha Argov and Marc Lavry.

The Israeli Song Concert, conducted by Mr. Shimon Cohen, will include arias and art songs by Lavry and a concert version of Argov’s musical “King Solomon and Shalmai the Cobbler”.
Special musical guest at the concert will be Israeli Science Minister, Mr. Yaakov Perry.

The concert will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Claremont Hall at the Tel-Aviv University.

Admission is free.
