Synopsis: Oratorio in 2 parts for soloists, narrator, 2 choirs and orchestra.
The play by Aharon Ashman was inspired by the book of Nehemiah, which deals with the restoration of the Jewish settlement in the Land of Israel during the period of the Second Temple and the building of the wall around Jerusalem.
